Actitud hacia los cambios producidos por la enfermedad en los pacientes del Programa de Tratamiento Antiretroviral de Gran Actividad en un Hospital Nacional 2015

Abstract

La presente investigación titulado: “ACTITUD HACIA LOS CAMBIOS PRODUCIDOS POR LA ENFERMEDAD EN LOS PACIENTES DEL PROGRAMA TRATAMIENTO ANTIRETROVIRAL DE GRAN ACTIVIDAD EN UN HOSPITAL NACIONAL. 2015”, tuvo por objetivo determinar las actitudes hacia los cambios producidos por la enfermedad en los pacientes del Programa Tratamiento Antiretroviral de Gran Actividad (TARGA). Se considerando el impacto del cambio debido a la enfermedad en los pacientes con VIH, según sus dimensiones:físico, social, psicoemocional y espiritual. El estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, de nivel aplicativo y de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 30 pacientes del Programa Tratamiento Antiretroviral de Gran Actividad (TARGA). El instrumento aplicado fue validado por 8 jueces expertos, sometida a Confiabilidad con el alfa de Crombach, obteniendo un coeficiente de 0.92 y a validez con el coeficiente de Pearson resultando válido en cada uno de sus ítems. Se concluyo que las actitudes de los pacientes con VIH hacia los cambios que producen la enfermedad según sus dimensiones son desfavorables en lo físico, social y psicoemocional. La dimensión espiritual es la menos afectada.

The study is quantitative, level application and cross-section. The population consisted of 30 patients of Antiretroviral Treatment Program (HAART). The instrument applied was validated by 8 experts judges, subject to reliability with Cronbach's alpha, obtaining a validity coefficient of 0.92 and the resulting Pearson coefficient valid in each of its items. It was concluded that attitudes towards HIV patients changes that cause the disease as its dimensions are unfavorable physical, social and psycho. The spiritual dimension is the least affected.
